Your account

Use your own sign-in and keep it secure. One person per account. Access remains subject to existing invitations, identity checks and app permissions.

Circles and invitations

Only invite people who expect to hear from you. Circle owners and admins are responsible for the person cards and contact details they add.

Your content and photos

You keep ownership of your trips, notes, financial records and photos. The proposed terms allow wudi to store and display that content to the people you authorize, solely to run the service. Post only photos you have the right to share and obtain appropriate permission from people clearly shown. Travel photos are public by unguessable link, including retained GPS in downloadable images, as described in the privacy policy. Anyone with a link can save or share them, including after leaving a circle; saved copies cannot be recalled. Existing upload/publication acknowledgements remain required. The additional participant photo-sharing agreement is being implemented separately.

AI assistants

A connected assistant acts on your behalf within its approved permissions. Review its proposed changes and the records you ask it to save. AI responses may contain errors; connecting an assistant does not guarantee its advice.

Sponsored content

Sponsor cards are currently off. If enabled under the approved design, participants and viewers may see small labelled cards. Sponsors are responsible for their offers. A card is not an endorsement unless explicitly stated.

Plans

Plans set capacity limits. Complimentary access lasts for the dates shown and may be revoked under the applicable plan terms. Existing trips and members remain usable within their permissions after plan expiry. Accounts does not collect payment here.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, overload it or use it unlawfully.

Financial information and availability

Finance provides personal records and educational scenarios. Inputs can be incomplete, assumptions can be wrong, and records can be stale. No trades or payments are executed by the workbook. wudi is provided as is; availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Final warranty and liability wording requires legal review.

Ending access

You can use Accounts' account-deletion process. Finance's current deletion options differ and require separate handling. Accounts that misuse the service may have access suspended under the final applicable terms.
